SHIPPING

All of our items are processed and shipped within two business days. Depending on location, total shipping time from the date the order is placed until receipt is 3-8 business days.

Express shipping is available for items shipping from our St. Louis warehouse only. Express orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST or next day if the order is placed after 12:00 PM CST. Orders placed for express shipping will be delivered in 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

Items that are shipped from all other warehouses outside of our St. Louis warehouse are only eligible for economy shipping.

Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to an incorrect address or if the order was placed requesting delivery to a P.O. Box.

RETURNS

All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) days of receipt.

Items must be received within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered in any way from new condition, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.

Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Cost of return label will be deducted from the return amount. The most economical form of return shipping will be used.

Not all items are eligible for return. Items purchased at a discount ("on sale") are not eligible for return. Seasonal items are not eligible for return. All other items excluding the seasonal and "on sale" items that are not eligible for return will be marked as "FINAL SALE" in the item description.
